an appointment, loan documents may be shipped to your home address or
directly to the customer (see your confirmation slip to confirm - contact
Global Notary if you are unsure. DO NOT accept an appointment unless
you are positive you can keep the appointment time and date. |

ARRIVE AT THE APPOINTMENT. This is the #1 golden rule at

When you call from the appointment,
a Global Notary "Direct Signer" will confirm lender specific item and ask for information
like the following: witnesses are present and their names (if required), return tracking
numbers, spelling of customer's names on the documents, number of right to cancels,
and others (all or some of these items will be requested depending on the lender).
In addition, the "Direct Signer" will be available to assist with any customer
questions that the notary/attorney is unable to answer. |

You must CALL BACK
the "Direct Signer" if for any reason the loan DOES NOT SIGN during this appointment.
Many times, Global Notary "Direct Signers" are able to provide solutions to problems/questions
that may cause a borrower to postpone signing. In addition, the "Direct Signer" usually has
a contact number for the loan officer or processor involved in the loan.

You must use a black notary stamp
or embosser for legal documents. Global Notary requires that every notary/attorney use a
stamp or embosser in order to receive appointments. Please DO NOT accept an appointment
from Global Notary without a black notary stamp or embosser. |

Many clients of Global Notary require
that the notary/attorney "fax back" specific documents prior to returning the loan
package (this requirement will be outlined in the notary/attorney order confirmation
sheet received after accepting an appointment from Global Notary). "Fax back" is requested
so that the Global Notary "quality control" department can review and approve the documents
to be shipped. |

Mortgage documentation is EXTREMELTY
time sensitive. All loan packages MUST be dropped the same day or next business day
after signing. |

A professional appearance is required
while closing loans for Global Notary. A suit and tie (or dress) are not necessary, but jeans
and shorts are not acceptable. |
