Our notary/attorney is trained to perform minimal services depending on their experience level. Our notary grading system allows our Phone Signer to recognize the efforts needed to successfully complete each closing. Follow-up Division – This division confirms all appointments 24 hours in advance with the notary and borrower. In addition, the follow-up division works out witnesses, co-ordinates re-schedules, solves problems and even tracks the return package to make sure it is received. Systems are the key.
